School Artwork....now where do I put it?

Now that my child has brought home all of the artwork where do I put it? This is a question every parent asks themselves at least once or twice or every week.

I keep a file of my child's art by year and frame the others I want to show off.

Remember this is why I came up with Petite Artwork. I wanted to show my child's artwork off to my friends without grabbing my files or taping up art all over my kitchen. Not that I don't still do that but the coffee table books look much more professional and give my child's art a new boost of life. I love shooting the art in the garden, studio or even on location.

Good luck with the art collecting and email me if you have any questions.
Cheers!

Make Your Own Kids Birthday Tags!

We love to make our birthday tags for my daughters friends. They are personal and the kids love making them.
Buy the tags from Office Depot or Staples for $24 for 100.We do them for the holidays and birthdays. If you laminate them you can use them for luggage tags too.

Have fun and send me some of your examples to share with other moms!

We love Kids Art!! Save kids art everyday...

I had to share this image of some amazing kids fairies I photographed today. They were fun and free so I thought it perfect to take photos of them in my rosemary garden.

The child artist told me that she really sees fairies in her garden...and I believe every word she says!

"Saving Kids Art" by Petite Artwork

Hi moms and dads.
Welcome to my blog about saving kids art. I am a mom and have been a fashion reporter for a fashion forecasting company for 18 years. I was working on a report one day and decided to start shooting my kids art. Not just shooting the art but putting it into creative settings and surroundings to make it come to life. I then edited them, clean the photos up and had them professional bound. Slowly after every friend I knew had me doing their kids books I created a company called Petite Artwork creating custom "COFFEE TABLE ARTBOOKS" of kids art.
I am not a corporate company that hires staff to do my work... this is art and I do it all myself.

So welcome and enjoy the launch of my little art movement!
